Happysoul Catering Pty Ltd is described as a fast-growing, supportive employer. HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Demi Chefs to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets located within Narrabri Golf Club at 116 Gibbons Street Narrabri NSW 2390 Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Demi Chef, you’ll assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef or Head Chef in running a section of the kitchen.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring food quality, preparation, and presentation meet our established standards.
- Support with day-to-day kitchen Operations.
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per our menu
- Contribute to menu development and share creative ideas
- Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service requirements
- Coordinate workflow in a high-volume production environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organised kitchen at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management & Dip of Hosp Mgmt.
or 3 years Work Exp
- Must have 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Honest, humble, and results-driven
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
