We are currently seekingreliable and compassionatedisability support workersto provide supportand assistance toa 28-year old female with a traumatic brain injury, this care will helpherlive independently in her home.

Duties include but not limited too
- Community access for appointments and social outings
- Assistance with Allied health tasks
- Domestic assistance
- Documentation and reporting
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Shiftsavailable:
- 10am to 2pm Monday, Tuesday and alternateWednesdayand Saturday
- 3pm to 6pm Monday to Saturday
Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to providetransport to and frommedical and social activitiesin their own vechicle.
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
- Current references
- Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)
- Certificate III (Ageing orDisability) or equivalent (mandatory)
