About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Managerwho thrives in a premium automotive environment and can drive finance & insurance performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Present and offer finance & insurance solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Manage all documentation and compliance requirements with accuracy and integrity




- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximise F&I; penetration and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and stakeholders
- Deliver premium customer service aligned with Audi brand standards

About You

- Previous experience as a Business Manager in automotive F&I;
- Strong understanding of finance products, insurance offerings, and compliance
- Proven track record achieving strong per‑vehicle revenue and penetration results
- A customer‑first mindset with exceptional communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a rapid‑paced luxury environment
