What You'll Be Doing

- Connecting with customers via phone, email, website, and online enquiries
- Following up on leads and creating exciting sales opportunities
- Booking appointments and supporting our Sales and Service teams
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint
- Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Supporting dealership campaigns and promotions
- Contributing to team goals while celebrating individual success

You'll bring:

- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, call centres, or business development (highly regarded)
