We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Applications Customer Consultant to join our Support Team. In this role we are looking for a team player with problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail. The consultant must be able to demonstrate soft skills including leadership, communicating ideas to a diverse audience and managing conflicting priorities.

As a successful consultant you can anticipate that some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Conduct software installations.
- Configure software to meet customers' requirements.
- Provide customer support both on-site and remotely.
- Provide in-house and third-party software support and maintenance.
- Assist with report modification and liaising with Support team for report creation.
- Provide training both onsite and remotely.
- Provide troubleshooting for customers as required.
- Fulfill other duties that may be required as agreed with manager or lead from time to time.

The Support Team is responsible for providing customer solutions for linking business and software. Our customers require support with fleet monitoring, job management, data dispatching and the integration to third party programs. The team is located in a contemporary office at South-West Brisbane, Queensland, our client is close to shops and eateries.

Requirements and Skills

Tertiary qualification or working towards a qualification in computer science, IT or relevant field or other demonstrated relevant experience is essential.

Knowledge and exposure to SQL is essential.

Knowledge and exposure to the Windows operating system is desirable.

Knowledge and exposure to C# is desirable.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm in the office. Some flexibility is required to meet business needs.
