About the Role

Working as part of our Building Services team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing electrical systems within commercial facilities across your allocated site.

This is a hands-on role where you'll carry out preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs and upgrades on a wide range of electrical and building services equipment.

Every day brings something different, making this an ideal prospect for electricians who enjoy troubleshooting and technical problem solving.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Fault finding and repairs on commercial electrical systems
- Preventative and reactive maintenance
- Switchboard maintenance and upgrades
- HVAC controls and associated electrical systems
- Motor controls, sensors and control wiring
- Electrical testing and compliance
- Working closely with HVAC technicians and facility managers
- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality

About You

To be successful you will have:

- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Current Driver Licence
- Experience in commercial maintenance, facilities maintenance or building services
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full Australian working rights
- Desirable (but not essential)
- Test and Tag competency
- Working at Heights
- EWP Licence
- Confined Space
- Experience with HVAC electrical systems
- Experience with BMS platforms (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider or similar)
- Experience with VSDs and motor controls
