Qualifications & experience
- Sound computing skills, such as Microsoft Office / Outlook.
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Team culture, flexible and able to multi-task
- Previous accounts experience and accounting software advantageous
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer support, via phone & email
- Administrative support role - support Management and Employees
- Accounts - general accounts processing and knowledge of invoicing, creditors & debtors
- Data entry, record keeping and high attention to detail including previous quality assurance processing highly regarded
