What you'll be doing

You'll become the commercial engine room of our finance team, turning data into meaningful business decisions.

- Deliver insightful commercial reporting and performance analysis
- Build dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers
- Analyse profitability across multiple sites and service lines
- Drive labour cost, payroll and workforce analytics
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Improve finance systems and automate reporting processes
- Support the transition of payroll into Employment Hero
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance
- Identify opportunities for greater efficiency through AI and automation
- Help shape a best-practice finance function for the future

Who we're looking for

We're not just looking for an accountant. We're looking for someone who is:

You'll likely have:

- 8+ years' experience in commercial or management accounting in complex, gross-margin driven industries
- Strong accrual based accounting knowledge in a multi-site / multi-location business
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Excellent systems knowledge (Xero, Employment Hero or similar)
- Experience interpreting complex operational and financial data

Bonus points if you have:

- Payroll experience (highly regarded)
- CPA or CA qualification
- Aged care experience
- Experience implementing automation or process improvements

- $140,000 base salary plus super
