We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and detail-oriented Estimating Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the estimating and project planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Assist in preparing detailed and timely estimates for a variety of construction projects

/n

- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify scope and material requirements

/n

- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure estimates meet deadlines and budget targets

/n

- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability information

/n

- Assist in compiling and submitting professional bid packages

/n

- Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed

/n

- Support the preparation of change orders and other project documentation

/n

- Maintain accurate records of all estimates and related correspondence

/n/n

What We're Looking For:

/n

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field would be highly regarded, but not required.

/n





- 1–2 years of experience in estimating or a related discipline would be highly regarded

/n

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

/n

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

/n

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software

/n

- Solid understanding of construction materials and methods

/n/n
