What You'll Do SEO, GEO & Technical SEO:

- Develop and execute comprehensive national & local SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis,



and search landscape assessments to identify opportunities for growth
- Optimise website content, structure, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience
- Lead GEO, AEO and AI-optimised search initiatives
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building, content optimisation, and metadata refinement
- Monitor search performance metrics, track rankings, and prepare detailed analytics reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing & web development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies
- Manage SEO tools and platforms to support analysis, reporting, and ongoing optimisation efforts
- Identify technical SEO issues and work with development teams to implement solutions
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SEO methodologies and best practices

Programmatic SEO & Development:

- Partner with developers to build scalable programmatic SEO systems
- Define URL structures, schema layers, indexation logic and content quality controls
- QA and monitor programmatic outputs across crawl, render and SERP performance
- Own SEO requirements within development sprints, including tickets and acceptance criteria

Reporting & Collaboration:

- Leverage AI-assisted workflows to scale research, audits and reporting
- Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush and Ahrefs
- Build dashboards and automations where beneficial
- Collaborate with content, design and development teams
- Communicate SEO strategy and performance to key stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a senior SEO professional who understands both traditional SEO and the rapid evolution of AI-driven search.



Essentials skills & experience includes:

- 5+ years of professional senior SEO experience
- Proven track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and driving qualified traffic to websites
- Expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, link building, and content strategy
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GTM & Google Search Console
- Hands‐on experience with Word Press and Elementor
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast‐paced environment
