Job Description

Mayfair Marketing Pty Ltd As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategies tailored to individual business objectives. You will conduct market research, analyse consumer behaviour and campaign performance, identify market opportunities, and deliver strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research market conditions, industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to identify marketing opportunities for clients. Develop and implement customised marketing strategies and integrated marketing campaigns aligned with clients' business objectives.

Analyse campaign performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketing data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Prepare marketing plans, campaign reports, market research findings and strategic recommendations for clients. Coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.

Collaborate with designers, content creators and external suppliers to develop marketing materials consistent with client branding.

Assist clients in strengthening brand positioning, market presence and customer acquisition through targeted promotional strategies. Monitor marketing budgets, campaign schedules and project timelines to ensure effective delivery of marketing activities.

Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and provide ongoing strategic marketing advice and recommendations.





Keep up to date with emerging marketing technologies, digital platforms and industry best practices to continuously improve marketing performance.

About You

A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

At least two years' experience in a marketing role, with experience in market research and developing marketing strategies. Sound understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and digital marketing. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members. Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools will be an advantage.

Previous experience in a marketing agency or professional services environment is desirable.
