SITE MANAGERS

We are seeking experienced Site Managers to join a successful and highly regarded construction contractor delivering projects across Queensland. With a strong reputation across defence, commercial, and industrial sectors, our team specialises in technically challenging, high-compliance environments including remote locations.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects ranging from $1M to $8M, ensuring safety, quality, and program objectives are consistently achieved.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client project sites to meet their operational and compliance requirements
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard
- Maintaining site safety compliance in line with OH&S; requirements
- Monitoring works and conducting regular quality inspections
- Managing and updating construction programs, schedules, and daily site activities




- Proactively identifying and resolving on-site challenges
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing construction sequencing
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure project success

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor
- Experience on Defence projects (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate as a key member of a project team
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and subcontractor management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines
- Strong focus on site safety and quality control
