About the Role

We are looking for a senior or experienced physiotherapist to join our team in a contract capacity, with the option of a more permanent position later in the year for the right person.

This role would suit a clinician who enjoys complex clinical reasoning, is confident working with a broad range of presentations, and wants to be part of a multidisciplinary team that is genuinely trying to do things differently.

The day-to-day role involves providing high-quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to clients, collaborating with psychologists, exercise physiologists and other clinicians, contributing to treatment planning, using innovative technology, and helping us continue to build a strong clinical culture.





Most importantly, we are looking for someone who combines excellent clinical skills with curiosity, creativity, positive energy and valuable humour.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Brings Most of the Following:

- Strong experience as a physiotherapist, ideally in private practice, rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, persistent pain, neurological rehabilitation, sports, or complex presentations
- Confidence with assessment, clinical reasoning, treatment planning and client education
- The ability to work independently while still enjoying being part of a team
- Comfort supporting, mentoring or developing others when needed
- Seriously strong physiotherapy skills, without needing to tell everyone every five minutes how seriously strong they are
- Experience or interest in complex pain management, mental health, cognitive rehabilitation, trauma-informed care or neurological conditions
- Knowledge of PTSD, anxiety, depression, persistent pain and/or neurological presentations
- The ability to design and implement effective rehabilitation programs




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to use cutting-edge technology and think outside the box
- An understanding of DVA, NDIS, Medicare and Work Cover treatment frameworks
- Experience or interest in sports performance, functional rehabilitation and performance enhancement
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
- A positive energy and team-player mentality
- The ability to be professional, reliable and clinically excellent while still being a normal human being
- A love for the Collingwood Football Club, Gold Coast Suns, golf and coffee — oh wait, that might just be Bart
