Primary Objective
/n
Provide high-quality specialist nursing care to clients with Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD)-related conditions. The role involves clinical leadership, multidisciplinary teamwork, assessments, therapeutic interventions, case management, and education for staff, clients, families, and external agencies using evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

- Provide specialist nursing care to clients with AOD-related conditions.
/n
- Lead clinical activities and work within multidisciplinary teams.
/n
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions.
/n
- Manage cases and provide education to staff, clients, families, and external agencies.
/n/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
- Comprehensive working knowledge of relevant legislation and AOD theoretical frameworks.
/n
- Demonstrated clinical experience applying these principles.
/n
- Postgraduate qualification (essential for ongoing appointment; fixed-term appointment possible for 18 months).
/n/n
Remuneration Package
/n
$131,100 - $139,950 (including salary $111,174 - $119,984)
