Job Description
Northern Territory Leader, Corporate & Commercial
/n
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate and Commercial team at Marsh Risk as our Northern Territory Leader. The role will be based in Darwin and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
/n
Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Commercial Pacific and sitting on the Corporate and Commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for leading regional strategy and execution across the Northern Territory market, delivering growth, client service excellence and operational discipline.

Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Set and execute the annual vision and strategy for the Corporate and Commercial regional business segment
/n
- Drive organic profitable growth through clear targets, initiatives and regular performance review
/n
- Strengthen client service and engagement to support retention and long‐term relationships
/n
- Lead regional performance against revenue, NOI, budget and balanced scorecard measures
/n
- Build market presence and trusted relationships with clients, prospects and key stakeholders across the region
/n
- Contribute to leadership forums and ensure strategic priorities are translated into local business plans
/n/n
What you need to have
/n
/n
- Minimum 10 years' operational and financial experience in the insurance broking industry
/n
- Tier 1 or Diploma of Insurance Broking
/n
- Tertiary qualification or higher
/n
- Proven communication,
stakeholder engagement and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities
/n/n
