CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants and Team Leaders to support a series of major events in Darwin, NT.

Event Dates:

- 13th – 17th August 2026
- 29th August 2026
- 18th – 20th September 2026

Available Roles:

- Corporate Food & Beverage Attendants | $33.85ph + pens
- Team Leaders | $35.00ph + pens

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional food and beverage service throughout major events.
- Confidently carry and serve three plates during busy service periods.
- Deliver high-quality table service, including taking orders, serving meals, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas.
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with RSA requirements.
- Assist with event setup, pack down, and maintaining clean service areas.
- Maintain exceptional presentation, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Create a positive and memorable experience for guests through friendly and professional service.

About You:

- Hold a current and valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – essential.
- Previous experience in events, functions, restaurants, hotels,



or other fast-paced hospitality environments.
- Confident carrying three plates (highly regarded).
- Sound knowledge of wine, beverages, and food service.
- Well-presented, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Available to work 13th–17th August, 29th August, and 18th–20th September 2026.
- Enjoy working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced event environment.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
