About the Role

/n

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing leadership on all site activities in a close relationship and collaboration with the Project Management team. You/'ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget.

What You Will Do:

/n

/n

- Manage the site teamto ensure work is carried out to a high standard at all times

/n

- Foster a strong safety culture, making safety the number one priority

/n

- Collaborate with project management team to ensure compliance with client & McMahon Services/' processes

/n

- Training, mentor, lead & motivate staff on project sites

/n

- Ensure project is meeting time and resource management

/n

- Manage short term planning to ensure project milestones are achieved

/n/n

What You Will Bring:

/n

/n

- Proven experience in site management and project delivery within the construction sector

/n

- Construction trade qualified or equivalent industry experience

/n

- Strong understanding of construction programs and methodologies

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n





- Ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- Ability to obtain a defence clearance

/n

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

/n/n

- Demonstrated ability todeliver complex projects on time and within budget

/n

- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Aconex & MS Project

/n

- Proven track record of driving safety, quality and productivity outcomes

/n

- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor others.
