Centorrino Technologies (CT) is a technology community based in Darwin, NT, honored as a Great Place to Work 2024‐2025 and the best medium‐sized workplace in Australia 2024. We are seeking a Technical Analyst for a 10‐month fixed‐term, on‐site contract.

Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Provide specialist technical advice and support across enterprise systems, applications, and Atlassian platforms including Jira and Confluence.

/n

- Analyse business and technical requirements to identify opportunities for system, process, and service improvements.

/n

- Develop implementation and migration plans for complex changes, ensuring risks are assessed and managed throughout delivery.

/n

- Configure, administer, and support Linux and Windows environments, infrastructure, databases, and network‐connected systems.

/n

- Lead or contribute to Atlassian Server‐to‐Cloud migration activities, including application assessments, plugin compatibility, security reviews, testing, and deployment.

/n

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues while working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.

/n

- Produce high‐quality technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and implementation guides.

/n

- Monitor system performance, maintain service availability, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

/n

- Support change management, incident management, and problem management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.

/n

- Participate in planned after‐hours support and maintenance activities where required.

What You'll Bring

/n

/n

- Strong experience supporting enterprise ICT environments across Linux and Windows platforms.

/n

- Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, and ideally Bitbucket and Bamboo.

/n





- Proven experience delivering Atlassian Server‐to‐Cloud migrations, including migration planning, plugin assessments, integrations, security considerations, and post‐migration support.

/n

- Strong systems analysis skills with experience gathering requirements, producing technical specifications, and implementing business solutions.

/n

- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and database administration principles.

/n

- Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support within complex enterprise environments.

/n

- Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues and implement effective, evidence‐based solutions.

/n

- Experience assessing technical risks and delivering change within controlled service environments.

/n

- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‐technical audiences.

/n

- A collaborative, adaptable, and customer‐focused approach, committed to continuous improvement, professionalism, accountability, and delivering high‐quality outcomes.
