LOCUM OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
/n Darwin & Remote Northern Territory | 4-6 Month Contract
/n We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Occupational Therapist to join a well-established allied health service based in Darwin, delivering services across Darwin and remote Northern Territory communities. This role offers a unique mix of clinic-based work and outreach, supported by a highly structured team and excellent logistical support.

- Primary base: Darwin, NT
/n
- Outreach: Day trips to remote communities, with occasional overnight stays
/n/n
Accommodation & Transport
/n
/n
- Fully furnished, self-contained apartment provided
/n
- Located approx. 15-minute walk from the clinic or
/n
- Coles complex 100m from accommodation
/n
- Work vehicle provided for all outreach, school, community and home visits
/n/n
Caseload
/n
/n
- Work across the lifespan: children, adolescents and adults
/n
- Settings include:
/n
- Clinic
/n
- Schools & childcare
/n
- Aged care
/n
- Home visits
/n
- Support from Allied Health Assistants
/n/n
Support
/n
/n
- Full admin and finance support
/n
- No invoicing or appointment bookings required
/n
- Focus purely on clinical work
/n/n
Contract Details

- Locum position
/n
- Start: ASAP
/n
- Minimum 4 months, preference for 6 months
/n/n
Requirements
/n
/n
- Qualified Occupational Therapist
/n
- AHPRA registration
/n
- Comfortable working across the lifespan
/n
- Willingness to travel within NT and participate in outreach work
/n/n
