HARDLINE GROUP is seeking an experienced
Civil Formwork Allrounder
to join our growing team working on substation, telecommunications and electrical infrastructure projects across Australia.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid civil construction experience who is confident in formwork and enjoys a diverse workload. You'll work alongside experienced crews delivering high-quality infrastructure projects in metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
What You'll Be Doing
Construct and install civil formwork for footings, foundations, slabs, pits and structural concrete works
Set out and prepare formwork in accordance with construction drawings and specifications
Assist with steel reinforcement installation and concrete placement
Carry out general civil construction duties as required
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
Maintain a robust focus on quality workmanship and site safety
Travel to projects across Australia on a rostered basis
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in civil formwork
Robust understanding of formwork systems, concrete construction, and civil works
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Experience with reinforcement installation and concrete works is highly regarded
Ability to work independently and as part of a productive team
Construction White Card (essential)
HR Licence, EWP, Telehandler, Excavator or other relevant tickets (advantageous)
Willingness to travel and work away in regional and remote locations
