Prospect
You'll own a portfolio of implementation projects, guiding customers from kick‐off to successful delivery. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Consultants, Developers and Customer Success to keep projects moving, remove roadblocks, manage commercial outcomes and build trusted relationships that last well beyond go‐live.
Projects vary in scope and type; you may lead major implementations, deliver upgrades, migrations or new product capabilities for customers across Australia, Current Zealand and beyond.
As RegWorks expands internationally, you will have opportunities to work on products impacting multiple regions.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver end‐to‐end SaaS implementation projects from planning through go‐live.
Lead multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, budgets, timelines and risk.
Build strong partnerships with customers and act as their trusted delivery advisor.
Coordinate cross‐functional delivery teams including Consultants, Developers and Solution Architects.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure customers realise long‐term value.
Drive project governance, reporting and commercial outcomes.




Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery across the business.
We're Looking For
Experience delivering customer‐facing software implementation projects.
Experience working for a SaaS vendor, software company or technology consultancy.
Strong project financial management and budgeting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
A team-oriented approach and genuine passion for customer success.
Government experience is a bonus—not a requirement.
This role requires Australian Citizenship
, and candidates must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance if required.
