Design & Build are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join a well-established Melbourne-based builder, renowned for delivering architecturally designed luxury homes.
Known for their craftsmanship and attention to detail, they also pride themselves on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where their people can thrive.
In this role, you'll oversee multiple high-end residential projects valued up to $5m, and a team of dedicated Site Managers.
You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and transparent communication throughout each project.
Develop and manage project budgets to maximise value without compromising quality.




Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively.
Lead, support, and mentor Site Managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-end residential projects
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Solid leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Building & Construction Qualification, Diploma or similar is preferred
