About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee a team of maintenance plumbers while supporting the business with quoting, estimating, and operational coordination.
You will:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of field plumbers
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support
Prepare quotes and estimates for maintenance and repair works
Assist with scheduling, job allocation, and workflow coordination
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard




Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Registered Plumber (Victoria)
Strong background in maintenance and service plumbing
