Port of Brisbane, QLD | $39 per Hour Casual Rate | Monday to Friday HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator / Customer Service Representative for our client, a reputable and well-established logistics provider based at the Port of Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated administration and customer service professional to join a busy logistics operation, supporting both customers and warehouse teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
About the Role: As the key point of contact for allocated customers, you will be responsible for coordinating customer requirements, managing order processing, and maintaining solid relationships while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
Responsibilities: Be the primary liaison for designated customers, coordinating all related activities efficiently.
Develop and maintain solid working relationships with assigned customers to ensure effective communication.
Coordinate client orders,
ensuring smooth collaboration with warehouse and transport teams for cost-effective solutions.
Maintain awareness of Service Level Agreements and rate structures for clients.
Manage tasks, such as orders, stock counts, and KPI maintenance, effectively using available tools.
Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration and/or customer service Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills Confidence learning current systems (WMS experience highly regarded) High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace Unlimited working rights in Australia Ability to pass a Drug including alternate formats to the recruitment process for individuals with disability.
