The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and focuses on day-to-day people management, coaching and building a positive team culture from the Coniston office.
You will mentor frontline staff, manage recruitment and retention, and ensure high‐quality service delivery, solid staff engagement and customer satisfaction for better NPS and QoL outcomes.
