Job Description
Manage construction projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards in office and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams to achieve desired outcomes.




Maintain robust communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
Strong experience in managing construction projects within the restaurant industry.
