About the role: You'll lead marketing at Everlab, reporting directly to our CEO.
You'll shape our global brand, accelerate growth and lead our expansion into current international markets.
We're looking for someone who has helped scale a consumer business from $10m to $100m+ in revenue, managed annual marketing budgets of $20m+, and successfully launched and grown products across multiple international markets.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney (preferred), although we're open to exceptional candidates globally.
Our team works from the office three days per week.
Responsibilities and Scope Growth strategy: Own Everlab's end-to-end consumer marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, lifecycle, retention and referral.
Identify the highest leverage growth opportunities, prioritise initiatives and allocate resources to maximise long-term commercial growth.
Own the marketing roadmap and ensure the team is focused on the work that matters most.
Team leadership: Build, lead and develop Everlab's Marketing team.




Set a high-performance culture with clear goals, rapid execution and a solid bias towards experimentation.
Hire exceptional talent, coach future leaders and continually raise the bar for performance.
Work closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Sales and Design to ensure marketing is embedded across the business.
Marketing and channel ownership: Own consumer marketing across paid search, paid social, influencer marketing, SEO, lifecycle, referrals, brand and emerging channels.
Balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial performance.
Move quickly, measure rigorously and scale what works.
Own creative direction across campaigns and ensure messaging remains clear, differentiated and commercially effective.
Lead the go-to-market strategy for recent products, pricing initiatives and major commercial launches.
