A Member focused bowls club is seeking a casual chef/experience cook to work between 20-35hrs per week.
We offer Breakfast buffet and a la carte dinning with functions as well. The kitchen offers Tuesday & Friday members specials all at Chefs creative freedom.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small team to get the most from everyone.
- Stock Control
- Monthly stock takes
- Executing menus for large group functions
- Working closely with Manager
- Must be able to run a kitchen independently & with the team
