Lucia is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead one of the Hunter Valley's most exciting new bars. You will shape the bar culture, develop the team and deliver a beverage experience built around Italian hospitality, quality cocktails, local wine and premium beer.
About the role
- Lead day-to-day bar operations and service delivery
- Recruit, train, mentor and motivate the bar team
- Build beverage knowledge and service capability across the team
- Maintain cocktail quality, consistency and presentation standards
- Manage ordering, stock control, stocktakes and cost management
- Assist with rostering and labour management
- Ensure RSA, licensing and workplace safety requirements are followed
- Drive beverage sales through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Work closely with the Venue Manager, Restaurant Supervisor and Head Chef
What you will bring
- Previous Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager experience
- Solid cocktail preparation and beverage knowledge
- Wine knowledge is highly regarded
- Confident leadership and team-development skills
- Strong organisation, stock control and cost-management capability
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
