WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with a Lead Agent, supporting the full sales lifecycle while developing your own skills in listing, negotiation, and client management.
You will:
- Assist with property appraisals and listing presentations
- Conduct buyer inspections and open homes
- Manage buyer enquiries and follow up leads
- Support the end-to-end sales process from listing to settlement
- Build relationships with vendors and prospective buyers
- Prospect for new business opportunities (calls, door knocking, networking)
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Assist with marketing campaigns and property listings
- Minimum 2+ Years of experience in real estate sales
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A driven, proactive attitude with a desire to succeed in sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Certificate of Registration (NSW) or Real Estate Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience working within a high-performing real estate office
- Strong local market knowledge
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales environments
