You are an experienced Senior Structural Engineer, with excellent communication and team leadership skills. Scope of projects includeindustrial, residential, and infrastructure.

About you:

- A relevant Bachelor's Degree and Chartered status.
- Strong knowledge of the relevant codes and Australian standards.
- Adept at leading a team of engineers and drafters.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Skilled with Autocad, Revit - detailing, documenting and structural analysis.
- Analytical and collaborative.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Qualified, reliable and confident.

What you will be doing:

- Lead the structural design and documentation of commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage structural engineering projects from initial concept through to construction and completion.
- Prepare and review structural calculations,



engineering reports, specifications, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to the structural engineering team.
- Attend client meetings, design coordination meetings and construction meetings.
- Identify design risks and provide practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Other tasks as defined by business needs.
