Build software that powers Australia's leading digital displays.

Precision Signs Australia is looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our growing development team.

This isn't another web development role. You'll be designing and building software that drives digital LED displays, gaming systems and interactive visual technologies used by some of Australia's leading hospitality venues.

Your work will span rendering engines, backend services, cloud applications, real-time display systems and modern web interfaces. One week you could be building rendering systems in Unity, the next developing APIs in C#, or creating intuitive React interfaces for managing thousands of digital displays across Australia.

Precision Signs is a leading Australian manufacturer of digital signage and gaming display solutions based in Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Employing over 30+ staff and proudly operating for more than 50 years, we design, manufacture and support innovative digital display products for hospitality venues throughout Australia.

Our software team develops the technology behind our next-generation LED display products, cloud management systems and content delivery platforms.

Your Responsibilities

- Developing and maintaining C# applications, backend services and APIs
- Building rendering systems and interactive applications using Unity
- Creating modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Designing clean, scalable software architecture
- Developing real-time display and event-driven systems
- Building tools for content rendering, layout generation and animation
- Collaborating with designers, animators and hardware engineers
- Troubleshooting and improving existing software platforms
- Participating in code reviews and collaborative development using Git/GitHub
- Contributing ideas that improve both our products and development processes

Essential Skills & Experience





- Advanced C# development
- Unity development with a code-first approach
- React and TypeScript
- Data structures, algorithms and problem solving
- Geometry, coordinate systems and spatial reasoning
- Programmatic animation, tweening and motion systems
- Git/GitHub and collaborative software development
- Clean, maintainable software architecture
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Highly Desirable

- Graphics programming, rendering, shaders or textures
- ASP.NET or modern backend frameworks
- Real-time or event-driven systems
- PostgreSQL or relational databases
- AWS cloud services
- Message queues
- Electron
- Image or video processing
- Digital signage, gaming, AV or embedded systems
