Our client is the company behind some of the most recognisable household names found in kitchens across Australia.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a high-performing payroll team supporting a large national workforce. This is a fully onsite role based around 35 kilometres outside of Brisbane - Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance and ideally have experience using SAP and SuccessFactors.

The Role

Key responsibilities may include (but not limited to) the following:

- End-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of approximately 11,000+ employees and contingent workers across weekly and fortnightly payroll cycles using SAP.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including:
- Personal and contact details
- Banking information
- Taxation and payroll-related records
- Leave documentation
- Remuneration review information

- Responding to payroll enquiries from employees and leaders in a timely and qualified manner.




- Preparing payroll-related reports and assisting with payroll close activities and compliance requirements.
- Supporting the ongoing integrity and accuracy of payroll data.

The Person

The ideal candidate will join bringing the following skills and prior experience to the table:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Previous payroll experience is highly regarded.
- Exposure to payroll and HRIS platforms such as SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors would be advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Maintains professionalism and composure when managing competing priorities and complex enquiries.
