Samford Pines Early Learning Centre is situated on a 7 peaceful acres, just 10 minutes from Ferny Grove. Nestled amongst the pines, children and Educators enjoy bush kindy on site, surrounded by nature. A place to escape the hussle and bussle of the city, without the long commute.

With our growing occupancy we are now recruiting Diploma Qualified, Cert III and Centre Cook

- The successful candidate must be Diploma qualified (or actively working towards).
- The successful candidates must be able to work all centre shifts (a range of shifts between the hours of 6:45am-6:15pm).
- Centre rostering is fair and opening/closing shifts are shared across the team, so this flexibility is essential.

Required Skills & Experience

- Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
- Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
- Previous experience in a Lead Educator role
- Able to assist, plan and implement a quality early learning program, document children’s individual learning and critically reflect for continuous improvement
- Minimum ACECQA approved Diploma or Cert III or actively studying
- Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
