What You Will be Doing

- As a trusted advisor to operational leaders, you'll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver practical people solutions that support business performance.
- Partnering with leaders to strengthen capability and improve team performance
- Coaching managers through performance, conduct, employee relations and workplace investigations
- Providing expert advice on employment legislation, awards and organisational policies
- Supporting organisational change, restructures and workforce planning initiatives
- Building leadership capability through coaching, feedback and contemporary people practices
- Using workforce data and insights to identify trends and improve decision-making
- Supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture
- Contributing to continuous improvement across People & Performance programs and practices

About You

You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys working alongside leaders to solve problems, build capability and create positive workplace experiences.

You'll Bring

- Experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a complex operational environment
- Strong employee relations experience, including performance management, investigations and case management
- Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and influencing decision-making
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments and HR best practice
- Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning
