We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while meeting clients across South East Queensland and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and making a real impact in a growing organisation.
About the Role
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with customers across multiple industries.
- Promote our transport, warehousing, hot-shot, distribution and logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s continued growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
