- Penrith
- Springwood
- Ryde
- Lane Cove

About the Role

You will provide high-quality support to aged care participants in the community, assisting them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Community access
- Dementia support
- Social support
- Medication assistance (where applicable)

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 months' experience supporting aged care participants
- Experience working with participants living with dementia
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
