Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting Senior Property Managers with property management tasks.
- Conducting property inspections and liaising with tenants.
- Managing key administrative tasks, including lease agreements, processing applications etc.




- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with tradespeople.
- Supporting front office operations with reception and client service duties.
- Assisting with marketing and advertising of rental properties.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a passion for real estate.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not essential – Assistant Agent Certificate a must
- Prepared to work Saturdays
