The Living Company in Sydney CBD is seeking a Development Manager to lead front-end delivery of mixed-use projects, including PBSA and build-to-rent. You will coordinate across development, design, construction and ESG to ensure planning and acquisition outcomes align with our sustainability targets.
Day-to-day you will manage feasibility studies, budgets and schedules, represent TLC with planning authorities and JV partners, and drive procurement and tender processes with our Construction team.
