You will lead 6–8 mobile gardening crews across commercial sites, ensuring high-quality service, safety, and effective delivery while reporting to the Operations Manager.
This role requires a minimum of two years in a leadership role and a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, plus a manual license and relevant checks.
