We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Litigation and Legal Services team.
As a Senior Litigation Officer, you will manage multiple complex litigation cases within the Litigation and Legal Services business area.
You'll undertake legal research, prepare high-quality court documents and correspondence, develop and implement litigation strategies, provide sound legal advice, lead and manage dispute resolution processes and advocate as required, including appearing in legal proceedings and hearings across debt recovery, tax technical and administrative law matters.
You will work autonomously and collaboratively in a agile workplace to deliver litigation and legal advice cases, while supporting senior litigators on more complex matters.




You'll contribute to improvements in litigation practices through input to policy and mentoring of less experienced colleagues.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Perth or Sydney CBD.
