Production General Hands (Multiple Positions)

Gantiel Vensott is one of Australia's largest importers, stockists and distributors of engineering plastic materials, with full in‑house capability to convert these plastics into finished machined parts. With the opening of our second site, we're growing quick — and we're looking for multiple Production General Hands to join our teams at Fairfield and Wetherill Park.

About the role

This is a hands‑on role supporting our production and warehouse teams, with genuine career pathways for the right candidates — including training on CNC routers, mills and lathes, and progression into supervisory positions. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

- Using hand and power tools to manufacture plastic components
- Post‑operation finishing of machined parts and components
- Picking and replenishing stock
- Assisting with dispatch and container unloading
- Basic stocktaking of materials
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and hazard‑free

Hours and pay





- We run various shifts between 7am and 6pm, with flexible options available
- Regular overtime is available for those who want it
- $28.50–$35 per hour depending on experience, plus super

About you

No prior industry experience is needed — full training will be provided. What we're looking for:

- Physically fit and able to manually lift a minimum of 20kg
- An eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- A forklift licence and/or driver's licence are not required but will be highly regarded
