What you'll contribute

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is on the lookout for an Account Transactions Administrator to provide high level of excellence of Customer and After Sales Support for all Novated and Salary Packaging customers.

This role is based at Scoresby working part time hours and is a max term role until 30th April 2027.

How you'll make an impact

- Manage employer transactions, including payfile distribution, arrears management, and salary packaging services.
- Reconcile employer payments accurately within agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely account management.
- Respond to employer queries, deduction list requests, and follow up on missed employer and employee payments, including GST-related matters.
- Provide expert support on GST, ECM, LVA and FBT enquiries, delivering resolutions within service standards.
- Maintain effective communication with employers, manage payfiles, handle general enquiries, and support the Employee Transactions and wider Novated teams

Your attributes

- Experience in the Salary Packaging and/or Novated Leasing industry, with a strong understanding of the products, processes and customer landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging customer meetings, information sessions and business reviews.
- A curious and consultative approach,



with outstanding questioning skills that help uncover customer needs and identify new opportunities.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver results.
