About the Role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you'll support a diverse portfolio of HR activities across our disbursed geographical locations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
- Supporting performance management, disciplinary processes, and probation reviews.
- Coaching and guiding managers on people management practices.
- Preparing HR correspondence, reports, and workforce documentation.
- Supporting compliance, audits, and employee record management.
- Analysing workforce data and maintaining HR systems.
- Contributing to HR projects, organisational change initiatives, and process improvements.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

No two days are the same. One day you may be conducting a workplace investigation, the next coaching a manager through a complex employee matter, supporting the implementation of our new HRIS, or identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.

About You





You are a proactive and adaptable HR professional who builds strong relationships and enjoys working in a quick-paced environment.

You'll bring:

- Experience in a Human Resources Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of employee relations and contemporary people management practices.
- Confidence navigating complex workplace matters and investigations.
- Experience working with HR systems and workforce reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

- Current Open Driver's Licence.
- Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to successfully obtain a National Police Check.
