Our client is a well-established, highly regarded agency in the Hills offering a manageable portfolio of just 80–100 properties, allowing you to deliver the level of service your landlords and tenants deserve.

The Role

- Manageable end-to-end portfolio of 80–100 properties
- Salary negotiable based on experience
- Leasing only every second Saturday, typically 2–4 appointments
- Weekday RDO when working the Saturday roster
- Supportive, close-knit team with outstanding staff retention
- Strong focus on customer service and long-term client relationships

Responsibilities

- Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio of 80–100 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance,



repairs and routine inspections
- Manage arrears, lease renewals and day-to-day portfolio administration
- Conduct leasing appointments every second Saturday

Experience

- Previous experience managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
