We are currently seeking reliable Load & Scale Operators to join busy recycling and resource recovery sites.
There are two site options available: Ipswich or Hendra.
This position involves managing site access, processing incoming and outgoing loads, recording vehicle movements and entering accurate information into the company’s in-house computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site access for trucks, contractors and visitors
- Record and process incoming and outgoing vehicle loads
- Operate load and scale systems accurately
- Enter load details, customer information and vehicle movements into in-house computer systems
- Communicate with truck drivers, machine operators and site personnel
- Check documentation and direct vehicles to the correct loading or unloading areas
- Assist with general site administration and operational duties when required
- Follow all site safety, environmental and traffic management procedures
