BlueScope’s Lysaght site in Canberra is seeking a Despatch Team Leader to lead a small team, ensuring protected, accurate and timely customer orders. The role is on‑site, day shift, 6:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with training provided to develop leadership capabilities.
You will spend most time on the floor guiding the team, solving problems and coordinating daily throughput, with the remainder on admin, emails and planning.
