The Opportunity:

Inthis role you willprovidefacilities management services andtechnical adviceacrossColesstate-of-the-artAutomatedDistribution CentrelocatedinKemps Creek, New South Wales.

The successful candidate willreport to the National Operations Manager andwork closely with theDistribution Centre Managerto deliversafe and efficient operation of the facility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure all programs including reactive and preventative maintenance are executed promptly and meet quality requirements.
- Oversee the efficientand effective operation ofthe site.Including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-deliverystaff and waste management.
- Manage annual facilities budget, identifyingandprioritisingfunds to support required services.




- Drive continuous improvement.Implementand develop safety standards andproceduresincludingconductingaudits across the site.
- Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role you will:

- Tertiary qualificationinBusiness, Administration or Technical stream–advantageous.
- PreviousFacilities Management experience, ideally in a commercialsupply chainenvironment.
- Experience with budget responsibility, including capitaland operational budget management.
- Strong administration, planning and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Build and maintainstrong working relationships. Experience working closely withlocal and nationally basedclients, contractors,techniciansand team members.
- Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence. Willing to travel interstate asrequired.
