We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Development Manager who is passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing new business opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans with clear objectives.

Visit 3–5 customers each day to build and strengthen relationships.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on outstanding opportunities.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.





Work closely with suppliers to enhance product knowledge and deliver value to customers.

Utilise sales tools and reporting systems to identify trends and maximise sales opportunities.

Acquire a minimum of four new customer accounts each month and develop them into ongoing business relationships.

Organise and attend marketing, networking and promotional events.

Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales and business growth objectives.

About You

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Previous sales or business development experience (electrical wholesale experience is advantageous but not essential).

A current driver's licence.
