About Environmental & Regulatory Services
Our Environmental & Regulatory Services team is the front line of Council’s regulatory activities and works hard at keeping our community safe. We’re a dynamic, multidisciplinary team made up of compliance officers, technical specialists, and administrative officers. Together, we oversee a wide range of essential services, including the Animal Management Centre, Local Laws compliance, Environmental Health, Regulated Parking compliance, and Building and Development compliance. About the position
As a Compliance Officer, you will work under general direction and be responsible for investigating, monitoring, and enforcing Development Control, Animal Management, Local Law and Regulated Parking legislation and Council local laws.
Upon appointment to this position, you will be assigned to the Development Control Section. You may also be required to perform duties in other sections of the Environmental and Regulatory Services branch, including: Animal Management, Local Law Compliance, Regulated Parking, and other sections of the Environmental and Regulatory Services Branch.
